2. Description of Service
Follow Suite is a follower tracking application that allows users to monitor changes in Instagram follower and following lists for accounts they choose to track. The App fetches publicly available data from Instagram via third-party API services.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Subscription Plans: The App offers monthly and annual subscription options. Pricing is displayed in the App prior to purchase.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the Apple App Store. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the App to harass, stalk, or monitor individuals without their knowledge for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
- Use the App in any way that violates Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the App or its data
- Use the App to collect data for commercial purposes beyond personal use
5. Data Accuracy
Follow Suite relies on third-party API services to retrieve Instagram data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of follower data. Instagram data may be delayed, cached, or subject to API limitations. We are not responsible for discrepancies between App data and actual Instagram data.
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or its features. The App's functionality depends on third-party APIs (including Instagram and RapidAPI), which may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Signal 9 Media LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNAL 9 MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
