Follow Suite — Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Follow Suite ("the App") is a follower tracking tool for Instagram. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Instagram Username: You voluntarily enter an Instagram username to track. This is stored locally on your device only.

Follower Data: When you initiate a refresh, the App fetches publicly available follower and following information for the username you entered. This data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Subscription Status: A local flag indicating whether you have an active subscription is stored on your device.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• We do not require account registration
• We do not store your Instagram username or follower data on our servers
• We do not track your location
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

4. Third-Party Services

Instagram API: Used to fetch publicly available Instagram profile and follower data. Requests are routed through our backend server.

RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect device identifiers for subscription management. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple App Store: Subscription payments are processed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy governs payment data.

Expo / React Native: The App is built using the Expo framework. Standard app diagnostics may be collected per Expo's policies.

5. Local Notifications

If you enable notifications, the App sends local push notifications on your device. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve transmitting data to external servers.

6. Data Storage

All follower data, tracking history, and settings are stored locally on your device. This data remains on your device and is not backed up to or accessible by our servers. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the App or using the "Reset All Data" option in Settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
